“wavy flag loop”

The wavy flag loop design is a short waving flag loop casting a shadow against a plain white background. Because shaydailly asked for it. The edges are a bit weird, and the shadows a bit grainy, I need to tweak them a bit more. But otherwise it is satisfyingly wavy ... and flaggy ... and ... kind ... of ... hypnot When you're done, download your animation as a GIF or MP4. You can also work at low resolution.
